1. Order Processing
Your order is processed automatically once your details are complete: full name — detailed address — valid phone number that accepts calls.
No confirmation call is needed — complete orders are fulfilled directly.
2. Modifying Your Order
If you need to update any order details (address, phone, product...), do not place a new order.
Warning: duplicate orders cancel all orders and cause fulfillment issues.

3. Order Inquiries
For questions about your order status or anything else:

Do not place a new order to inquire — WhatsApp is faster and more reliable.
4. Before Placing Your Order
• Ensure your details are complete: name — detailed address — valid phone number
• Ensure your phone accepts calls from unknown numbers
• The courier will call to coordinate delivery time and confirm location
5. Shipping Methods
We work with a network of approved shipping companies to deliver your orders.
6. Delivery Timeframes & Shipping Rates
Timeframes are counted from the first business day after order completion.
• Cairo / Giza: 2 – 4 business days — EGP 55
• Cairo & Giza outskirts: 2 – 5 business days — EGP 55
• Delta & Canal Zone: 3 – 6 business days — EGP 65
• Upper Egypt: 3 – 6 business days — EGP 75
• Red Sea — Matrouh — New Valley — North Sinai — South Sinai: 6 – 8 business days — EGP 125
7. Free Shipping Offers
Free shipping offers included with products apply to all governorates, except:
• Red Sea — New Valley — Matrouh — North Sinai — South Sinai
For these governorates, two cases apply:
• With a free shipping offer: EGP 70 is added instead of free shipping
• Without a free shipping offer: full shipping rate applies per the table above (EGP 125)
8. Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges
Return shipping costs (both ways) are borne by the customer based on rates per region.

١. تنفيذ الطلب
يتم تنفيذ طلبك تلقائياً بمجرد اكتمال بياناته: الاسم الكامل — العنوان بالتفصيل — رقم هاتف صحيح يستقبل المكالمات.
لا حاجة لأي اتصال تأكيد — الطلب المكتمل البيانات يُنفَّذ مباشرة.
٢. تعديل الطلب
إذا أردت تعديل أي بيانات في طلبك (عنوان، هاتف، منتج...)، لا تُنشئ طلباً جديداً.
تنبيه: تكرار الطلبات يُلغي جميع الطلبات ويتسبب في مشاكل في التنفيذ.

٣. الاستفسار عن الطلب
للاستفسار عن حالة طلبك أو أي سؤال:
• تواصل عبر واتساب فقط: wa.me/201119901929
لا تُنشئ طلباً جديداً للاستفسار — التواصل عبر واتساب أسرع وأضمن.
٤. تأكد قبل إتمام الطلب
• تأكد من اكتمال بياناتك: الاسم — العنوان بالتفصيل — رقم هاتف سليم
• تأكد من أن هاتفك يستقبل مكالمات من أرقام غير مسجلة
• سيتواصل مندوب الشحن لتنسيق الميعاد وتأكيد الموقع
٥. طرق الشحن
نتعاقد مع مجموعة من شركات الشحن المعتمدة لتسليم طلباتك.
٦. مدد التوصيل وأسعار الشحن
تُحسب المدة من أول يوم عمل تالٍ لتاريخ إتمام الطلب.
• القاهرة / الجيزة: 2 – 4 أيام عمل — 55 جنيهاً
• أطراف القاهرة والجيزة: 2 – 5 أيام عمل — 55 جنيهاً
• الدلتا ومحافظات القناة: 3 – 6 أيام عمل — 65 جنيهاً
• محافظات الصعيد: 3 – 6 أيام عمل — 75 جنيهاً
• البحر الأحمر — مطروح — الوادي الجديد — شمال سيناء — جنوب سيناء: 6 – 8 أيام عمل — 125 جنيهاً
٧. عروض الشحن المجاني
تشمل عروض الشحن المجاني المرفقة مع المنتجات جميع المحافظات، باستثناء:
• البحر الأحمر — الوادي الجديد — مطروح — شمال سيناء — جنوب سيناء
لهذه المحافظات حالتان:
• في حالة عرض شحن مجاني: يُضاف 70 جنيهاً مصرياً فقط بدلاً من المجاني
• في حالة عدم وجود عرض شحن مجاني: تُحسب قيمة الشحن كاملةً من الجدول أعلاه (125 جنيهاً)
٨. تكلفة الشحن عند الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع
تقع تكلفة شحن المنتج المُرجَع ذهاباً وإياباً على عاتق العميل وفقاً للأسعار حسب المنطقة.
